It begins with a meeting to explain the process and the objectives. The SQ evaluation document will be provided.

The client answers some questions so that the quality team can evaluate the positioning in the quality ranking of the SQ model.
Quality Plan Definition
Based on the SQ evaluation document, the team defines the quality plan, which will contain all the improvements and the action plan
Quality Plan Implementation
The defined quality plan will be implemented jointly by the client and the expert quality teams
Continuous Monitoring and Support
The implementation of the quality plan will be subject to continuous monitoring and support tailored to the client’s needs
